I have two children, both boys. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and
Psychological Services, which has immensely helped me with my work as a doula. I
also am a certified hypnotherapist and offer hypnotherapy for pain management
during labor to my clients if they choose. Yoga is another interest of mine and
I received a certification as a yoga instructor. And yes, of course, one more
important certification, I am a certified doula through Doulas of North America
(DONA). I am currently practicing Healing Touch as well.
