Your classes will teach you how to stay healthy throughout your pregnancy and to
prepare your body for the big day. You and your birth partner will learn how to
work as a team to help you cope with the sensations of labor. You will learn
about the natural process and why it is healthiest for most mothers and babies.
At the same time, you will also be well educated about common medications and
procedures so that you can make informed choices.
If you are scared and
unsure about a having a drug free birth my classes help you prepare and become
comfortable with this natural process. Come discover what a natural birth can do
