I am an RN now working as a doula/monatrice. I am also a lactation educator
through UCSD. I have been a birth doula for 8 years, helping Mom's have the
birth experience they desire, whether it be unmedicated, or with an epidural.
As a monatrice, I can do clinical exams on Mom's while laboring at home, like
doppler monitoring of baby, cervical exams, etc. Very successful VBAC doula.
