I hope to help navigate you on this journey into parenthood. My classes focus
on informed birth choices so you can have the confidence to give birth your way.
My goal is to teach you natural childbirth techniques, so you know that birth
is a normal process in every woman's life cycle. Our bodies were designed just
fine to give birth to our babies. Through my classes, I help you see your body
is completely capable of having a baby and that birth is not scary but in fact
beautiful.
The beginning of your journey is pregnancy. My classes will also
discuss the changes into parenthood. I discuss issue that are important to
today's parents. My goal is for you to become comfortable in your parenting
instincts. I teach about breastfeeding as well because it is the perfect
beginning for your child.
