I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula in Tucson, Arizona and vicinity and
a Certified Lactation Counselor. I am also a Certified prenatal and postpartum
exercise instructor helping you to get fit before and after giving birth. I
help you with the preparation of your birth plan. I show you relaxation
techniques for labor and provide you with massage and other pain reducing
techniques during labor. Throughout your labor, I never leave your side. I
help the whole family learn to work together with you as a team. After the
birth is complete, I help you for several hours postpartum including assisting
you with your baby's first latch if you chose to breastfeed. After you bring
your baby home, I provide comfort, support and help with light houskeeping tasks
to ease the transition to new parenthood. I provide guidance and peace of mind
for new families.
