I am a member of DONA (Doulas of North America), the HypnoBirthing� Institute
and San Diego Birth Network. San Diego Birth Network is a group of dedicated
professionals who support mothers, babies and families during the prenatal,
birth and post partum period.
People often ask me, "What does a doula do?" I
always answer, "A doula mothers the mother." A doula provides continuous
informational, physical and emotional support before, during, and right after
birth. Doulas do not perform any clinical tasks or assessments. On our journey
together, we work as a team to protect the natural birth you desire. It is about
your birth, your way.
I provide information so you can make informed choices.
I encourage you to believe in yourself to trust this journey where you will
