Ava Goodale is a DONA-certified birth doula at Que Sera Sera Birth Services.
Attending both home and hospital births, she offers personally tailored support
to families before, during, and after childbirth. Her primary role is to serve
as an ambassador for a women's journey from maidenhood to motherhood, helping to
articulate and realize birthing aspirations. She has training in a variety of
comfort techniques, breastfeeding, postpartum mood disorders, birth art, peer
counseling, and childcare. Ava also offers perinatal and postpartum doula
services.
