I provide doula services to St. Paul and Minneapolis and the north suburbs of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I provide 2 prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and delivery, and one postpartum visit. I provide an additional meeting with mom prenatally to teach her progressive relaxation. I have a lending library of 60 some books and DVD's she may use during her time with me.
