I am passionate about empowering women and families to make informed birth and
parenting choices. I advocate for evidence-based practices that are safer and
healthier for mothers and babies. I am on the board of the Central Florida
Birth Network. I offer holistic childbirth classes "Birthing From Within" and I
am also a Certified Lactation Counselor. I look forward to hearing from you and
