Gail works with individuals, and couples exploring the journey of pregnancy,
birth, and raising healthy children. Nurturing begins before birth with
supportive childbirth classes and continues throughout life. Some of the
topics covered include: Nutrition, Pain coping techniques, Stages of Labor,
Positions for labor and birth, Birth Art, Breath Awareness, Breastfeeding tips,
Postpartum and Baby care.
Postpartum life continues with the traditions of
women supporting women during this new relationship of mother, father, and baby.
Having an experienced woman who observes, offers encouragement, listens to
tender times, assists with breastfeeding, aids mom in understanding the
language of her crying child, all helps mom ease into her new role of mothering.
