I am available to assist mothers to be with either home or hospital delivery .i
teach Hypnobabies which is a method for using hypnosis to maintain a state of
deep relaxation during the Birth .i am a massage therapist and hypnotherapist
so I help mothers to stay relaxed and calm using both of these tools for an easy
relaxed birth. . I believe that childbirth can be relaxed and pain free if
mothers are supported to flow with the surges of contraction rather than tense
up against them.
I am currently living on Maui and offer my services here as a
Doula and a post partum doula.
