We proudly offer services to help mothers prepare for their special moments. We
provide Childbirth and Breastfeeding classes, Doula and Lactation services, Pre
and Post Natal Yoga, VBAC, Homebirth and Waterbirth. We strive to educate the
community about the information �left out� of prenatal visits and mainstream
hospital birth classes, while keeping each individual circumstance in mind.
Women need to know that birth is a normal, natural, physiological function that
doesn�t have to be fearful. Having the right knowledge and a doula almost always
ensures this. Birth is an empowering opportunity for those who wish to
experience it. This power will stay with mom in everything she does for the rest
of her life.
