Birth with yoga retreat are a all inclusive package that include
Prenatal yoga
classes, birth with yoga workshops, massage, foot soak, private suite, meals,
information packet, and use of the grounds. This retreat gives couples an
opportunity to prepare for their new arrival by learning the 5 points of yoga:
proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, and meditation/positive
thinking. Natural birthing techniques are taught such as visualization, and yoga
ball exercises. Your partners will learn important techniques to help support
you throughout the laboring process. You will learn valuable tools and 7
essential steps (little known secrets) for delivery, presented by Jena Baird, a
prenatal yoga educator.
