What is a Birth Doula? A Birth Doula is a person who attends the birthing
family before, during and just after the birth of the baby. I am trained to
deliver emotional support and some physical support at home and in the
hospital. As your Doula, I will be a source of information and help your coach
with massage techniques and other valueable tips. I also offer private yoga
sessions for regular and prenatal yoga students.
