As your doula, I strive to understand the type of birth experience YOU want and
then educate you in ways to work toward your goal. Together we'll build a
strategic plan with plenty to resources to help you manage your contractions.
Then, during labor you can count on my continuous support in the form of calm
nurturance, encouragement, gathering information and all around sustaining you
and your wishes and well as the needs of your partner.
