This series educates couples on the natural process of labor and birth, where
the Mom truly "gives birth" rather than being "delivered".
We focus on
relaxation techniques that reduce pain, eliminate fears and decreases the need
for intervention. Natural Childbirth is safest for baby and Mom and is one of
life's most empowering experiences.
Prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding and
baby care also part of the class.
I also offer my support as a Bradley
doula at the birth, going through personal meetings with the couple.
