Support: Full Labor Support for you and your partner. I stay at least 2 hours
postpartum to help with breastfeeding.
Postpartum Consultations: Home
visits to help answer concerns during recovery and breastfeeding support

time support by email, home visit, phone conversations as needed. As your
doula, I am committed to help with your process throughout.

complementary naturopathic consultations to all my doula clients and partners.
Herbal preparations, supplementations and diet recommendations are always
available if you are interested.
