pre-conception/early pregnancy classes to help you prepare to grow a healthy
baby. We offer Lamaze childbirth education so you can learn about all of your
options for normal birth, make the decisions that are right for you and your
baby, and empower you to have your best birth possible. Then we can provide a
labor doula to assist you during labor and birth with physical, emotional, and
informational support and getting your breastfeeding relationship established
