In order to provide you with the best service possible I only take 4 clients per
month. I�m on call for you 24/7 from 3 weeks before your due date until the
birth of your baby. It�s always a great priviledge and honor for me to be
present at a birth and I will do my best to help you achieve the birth of your
dreams. My services include the following:
�1 initial prenatal meeting for you
to get to know me and my services
�1-2 prenatal visits to make plans for the
birth and make sure I know your hopes, dreams, and fears for your birth
�Help
you develop and put together a birth plan
�Unlimited prenatal telephone/email
consultation
�Accompany you to 1-2 visits with your health care provider
�When
labor starts I will meet you at your home or hospital/birth center
�Continuous
support during labor, birth and 1-2 hours postpartum for both mother and partner
�Help you stick to your birthplan whenever possible by reminding you about your
wishes
�Always tell you the truth (�Yes, your contractions will get more
powerful, but I will help you cope with them�)
�Help you initiate breastfeeding
�Should an emergency arise, or in case of an overlapping birth (very rare) I
will provide a back-up doula.
