Doulas are a part of an ancient tradition in which women support one another
through birth.
Today, a doula is a professionally trained and experienced
person who offers emotional, physical and educational support to a pregnant
person and family before, during and after the birth of a child.
As your
doula, I bring seven years of experience working with pregnant women. I believe
birth to be transformative and simply the most incredible experience. As your
doula, I will assist with you optimal positioning, breathing techniques,
relaxation, birth and postpartum planning, early breastfeeding support and so
much more.
