Doulas of Greater Kansas City is an organization of women who are trained to
provide education and support for women and their families during childbirth and
postpartum.
Our mission is to make a positive difference for pregnant women,
new mothers and their families through education, nurturing and advocacy, while
fostering respect, knowledge and integrity among doulas everywhere.
Our
vision is a supportive community in which parents are informed, respected, and
encouraged to make birth and postpartum decisions that are appropriate for
themselves and their babies.
