Cher offers Pre-Natal yoga in Huntington at Balance Yoga and Healing Arts and in
Bay Shore (location to be determined).
She has been teaching yoga for 12 years
and has been teaching Pre-Natal yoga for 7 years including through her own
pregnancies.
These are not your typical pre-natal classes. The intention of the
class is to honor yourself as a mother-to-be and the miracle of pregnancy in a
practical way. Each class will include some physical movements (asana),
breathing (pranayama), sound (mantra), visualization, information sharing and a
guest speaker....doulas, nutritionists, accupuncturists, lactation consultants,
etc.
The yoga classes are offered in a 6 class series for $108.
