I am a birth doula serving areas from Olympia, Lacey, Tacoma,and Fort Lewis and
everywhere in between. I provide 2 prenatal visits to teach breathing,
positioning, relaxation, massage, and acupressure. I am available to you by
phone 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout your
pregnancy. During labor I use the aforementioned techniques to help ease the
discomforts of labor, so you may have a non-medicated birth, if that is your
goal. I also help guide your partner, if present, on the best ways to help you.
I am your advocate during this time and will inform you of what is happening at
all times. I also take pictures and video of your birth for you. After your baby
is born, I can assist with the first breastfeeding. Once you are home, I will
come to your home 1-2 times to help with whatever you need done, including a
nap, house cleaning, meal preparation, etc. Please don't hesitate to call and
