Focusing on childbirth related services, Head First's philosophy is that
knowledge coupled with prenatal and postpartum care is essential in having a
positive child birthing and mothering experience. We offer supportive services
such as birth doula support, postpartum doula support, Lactation Consultation,
Prenatal prep classes and through our sister company The Vitality Health Center

prenatal massage, and pilates. Our integrative approach to your care will
provide you with the tools and guidance you can rely on before, during and after
childbirth.
