Christy is a practicing Certified Doula with Doulas of North America,
International and a member of the Doula Cooperative of Rochester, NY. She is
also a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, teaching both privately and with
Birth Matters! In 2007, Christy completed her ND (Naturopathic Doctor) and her
CNHP (Certified Natural Health Professional) and practices holistic lifestyle
and nutrition support. She is excited to share with women the strength and
choices they have.
