HypnoBirthing is Childbirth Education using self-hypnoss, visualization,
specialized breathing techniques for a safe, easy and more comfortable birth for
mothers and their babies. Classes also teach exercises and good nutrition with
the goal of giving mothers and their partners a sense of trust and empowerment
in the birthing body without the fear that can be a major cause of medical
interventions.
