Gentle Beginnings offers natural childbirth classes, birth and postpartum doula
services to women and their families in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts.
Founded by Lauren Amand, Gentle Beginnings is committed to educating couples
about their birthing options and encouraging women to build trust in the birth
process and confidence in their ability to birth their babies with minimal
intervention. I also provide nurturing doula support throughout pregnancy birth
and the postpartum period.
Bradley Method natural childbirth classes are
offered in Pawtucket, Barrington and Portsmouth. Private classes and doula
services are offered througout RI and SE Mass.
