A class designed for new moms and their little ones. Mara incorporates movement,
breath, and babies into a challenging class (the goal is to make you sore the
next day!) designed to connect you back to your core....your belly. Work on
balance, strength, opening up the chest and the lower back, and cooing over
little babies. Babies up to 10 months are welcome. Please bring $10 and a baby
blanket.
