Whether this is your first child or you’ve given birth before, you probably know
that a calm, conscious birth can be a joyful and profound experience. I assist
women and their partners by providing information so that you can make informed
decisions, and empowering you to be fully connected to your body so you can find
that place deep within that knows how to birth your baby, and to feel confident
and strong to act on the choices you make for your birth.
I'm certified
doula through CAPPA (Childbirth & Postpartum Professional Association). I’ve
attended the Advanced Practice Birth Support Program training through Cocoon
Birth and Mountain Midwifery Center (MMC) and am part of the on call doula
program at MMC. I am also an RN with labor and delivery and critical care
experience, as well as several years practicing as a naturopathic practitioner
and massage therapist.
