Inspired Childbirth was created to share knowledge and inspiration about
pregnancy, birth and motherhood in a positive and empowering way. When women act
from an informed, authentic and fearless place as they bring their children into
the world, the impact is enormously positive and far-reaching.
As a Bradley
Method-trained childbirth educator, DONA-certified doula and certified yoga
instructor, I have worked extensively with women and families during pregnancy,
birth and early parenthood.
