Cheryl Johnson is the "DancinDoulaMama". She is a birth doula and an instructor
of Dancing for Birth classes. The classes are for prenatal and postpartum dance
and include dance moves derived from belly dancing, African dancing, and much
more! As a birth doula, Cheryl has worked with both homebirths and hospital
births and enjoys bringing all the tools she has learned into the lives and
labor rooms of Rochester Moms.
