If you are desirous of a natural birth, proper preparation is essential in
achieving your goal. As a natural childbirth educator and labor doula in the
area for over 15 years, I have prepared many women, physically, mentally and
emotionally for their births. Additionally, special attention is focused on
coaches, so they feel ready to assist their wives. I run a nine week series and
