Postpartum Doula Care The Family Doula helps families adapt to the challenges
of a new baby by offering knowledge and support.
We offer infant care and
guidance, soothing techniques, feeding methods, bathing tips, organization and
breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding guidance and support. Encouragement to
pregnant Moms to eat and rest, assistance to Moms on bed rest, education on
newborns, and we specialize in twins. Other services include care for siblings,
telephone support, food preparation, grocery shopping and errands, light
