As an herbalist and doula, I provide education, herbal consultations and doula
services for women throughout the birth process. This amazing and unique journey
starts before conception and continues into pregnancy and through the early
childhood years. My aim is to help women begin preparing their mind, body, and
spirit for birth and the years to come as a healthy and balanced mother using
herbs, birth education and emotional support.
