I offer Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula service in the seacoast area. I am
certified through DONA. I also teach prenatal yoga in at Yoga By Donation in
Portsmouth. I am certified in "The Happiest Baby On The Block" baby soothing
techniques. I am also trained to help clients with breastfeeding their babies.
