I am a certified doula and have been since 1999. I do private pre-natal classes
to help prepare birth plans, cover what to expect during the birthing process
and give suggestions to help the birth process to more smoothly. I'm a birth
doula, and I also do post partum work as well. I believe that each woman has a
right to have her experience just the way she wants it and I am there to support
her in that.
