I am a Licensed Midwife (LM, CPM) and a certified doula with DONA (Doulas of
North America). I have been providing pregnancy and childbirth support since
2001. I also facilitate "Connecting with Expecting" couple and family retreats
and offer nutritional counseling and private childbirth preparation classes or
prenatal yoga classes. My goal is to support you in listening to your body and
baby, and to facilitate your process of surrender so you can let go and allow
your baby to come into this world in the most peaceful way possible. I work with
a partner doula so that we may provide you with support whenever you need it.
