Prenatal Yoga Classes in Colorado. Classes are held at Kriya Yoga Center in the
Highlands/Berkeley neighborhood (NW Denver) and at Sweet Beginnings in
Littleton.
Liza Aslor has been practicing yoga since 2000 and began teaching
in 2008. She received her B.S. in Holistic Health and Wellness including
additional course work in Nutrition. She brings her knowledge from her
experience as a doula, childbirth educator and apprentice midwife to her
prenatal yoga classes.
Liza's prenatal yoga classes are tailored to the
specific needs of each group of women with the perfect combination of
challenging and restorative postures. In addition to the benefits of the mind
and body that prenatal yoga offers, Liza is excited to create a community of
mothers.
