My childbirth classes are focused on helping you to give
birth naturally, without drugs and unnecessary interventions. My skills as a
doula shine the best and get the most use when the parents are planning a
drug-free birth. However, I am willing to help parents to have the most safe
and satisfying birth possible, whether that includes pain medications or not. I
believe in attachment parenting and breastfeeding, and so I'll do whatever I can
do to help you to have a long and rewarding breastfeeding relationship with your
baby.
