Valley Dream Farm grows a diversity of certified organic vegetables, flowers and
herbs, marketed locally at farmers markets, restaurants, natural food stores,
and our own farm stand and CSA membership. We sell our products wholesale,
retail and seasonal weekly deliveries. Our farm is a certified organic farm
which undergoes annual inspections with NOFA in cooperation with Vt organic
Farmers Assoc. The farm is preserved agriculturally through the American
Farmland Trust. Our organic practices include: diversified vegetable crops;
cover crops; crop rotations to enhance soil fertility; beneficial insects, other
sustainable methods to protect the long-term environmental goals.
