Conveniently located in No Central Fla, we produce 100% gourmet grass-fed,
organically raised, Aberdeen Angus beef, Lamb and pastured pork. All hormone
and antibiotic free.
Cattle are raised on hundreds of acres of lush shaded
pasture & feast on a salad bar of pesticide-free "gourmet" forage including
clover, wheat, oat & rye grass.
The beef is processed at a local USDA
inspected facility & dry aged using our "old school" process, naturally
tenderizing the meat & enhancing flavor. Available yr round by the cut, Variety
Pack, or whole, 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 beef. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed for
freshness.
Available to CSA's & Buying Clubs. We ship throughout the
continental USA, Bahamas & US Virgin Islands.
We are a local business & proud
to be the 1st in almost 20 years to offer fresh local USDA meat to the public.
Come visit our gourmet butcher shop in Summerfield, Fl. To locate the Farmers
Market near you to buy our beef pork or lamb visit our website or call our
office.

To increase the net income of farmers and ranchers, and to improve the quality of rural life. |

Centered around birthing and raising calves without much of the concerns that come with the beef processing part of the system, Florida’s cattlemen are dedicated to the preservation of Florida’s green ranch land. |
