Stone's Throw Farm is a small vegetable farm located near Wrenshall, MN. Our
summer vegetable shares run from June 21-October 14, 2011. That’s 17 weeks of
delicious, nutritious vegetables and herbs!
Before starting her own CSA in
2010, farmer Catherine Conover spent 3 full seasons working at established CSA
farms. She purchased the 40 acres that is now Stone's Throw Farm with her
partner, Elden Lindamood, in 2009.
We choose to market our veggies through
Community Supported Agriculture because CSA is a popular way to connect local
farmers with value-minded, health-conscious people like you. With CSA, community
members pay in advance for a “share” of the season’s fresh vegetables. This way,
you know exactly where and how your food is grown, and you can count on our
farm, year after year.
