Farmers market, CSA, and U-pick tree fruit. "Organic" is defined by what you
don't use (synthetic pesticides and fertilizers), we go a step further. Based on
extensive soil testing, we tailor our fertilizer program, attempting to balance
the soil nutrients with the plant's needs. Many micro nutrients and trace
minerals have been depleted from the soil. We use ocean based organic
fertilizers and sea minerals to help rebuild the soil. We also inoculate the
soil with a broad spectrum of live microbes which digest the nutrients making
them more available to the plant. Healthy soil grows healthy vegetables.
Allowing the vegetables to mature before harvest gives the plant time to pack
them full of vitamins. When you join our CSA you get the freshest, high quality,
delicious produce available. We also have cooking classes to show you easy ways
to work those vegies into everyday meals. Eat like your life depends on it...
