At Trusted Earth, our CSA features a weekly assortment of fresh, sustainable grown, seasonal vegetables and fruit with our own fresh baked goods made from local, sustainable ingredients; organic pastured eggs and culinary accompaniments from right here in Northeast Wisconsin. Located in Egg Harbor, Door County Wisconsin, Yvonne Rynearson & Steven Shoemaker are both classically trained in the culinary and pastry arts. They have taken their love of local food right into the fields, and are deighted to provide you with these CSA shares: A marriage of their expertise in the restaurant and pastry industries along with sustainable agriculture. They also offer a monthly farm-to-table community dinner - four courses of seasonal sustainable deliciousness!
