Beginning April 3 and running through June 26, Milestone Specialty Produce is
making available its hydroponic lettuce for the 2009 Spring Salad Club. For
delicious salads, why bother with wilted store lettuce or that pre-packaged
stuff? Milestone’s hydroponic lettuce, grown fresh year-round and cared for by
our clients with behavioral health and intellectual challenges, is delicious and
nutritious. And since each living head is packaged with the bulb attached,
you’re ensured crisp freshness!
