Emerald Isle Organic Farm is a small family farm that grows healthy food to
make healthy people. We are organic and were formerly certified organic, but
when the USDA took over the word and process we opted out. We grow beef,
chicken, eggs, for sale to direct market consumers. Our farm is open for your
inspection at any time. Beef is available in quarters and halves. Quarters
average approximately 120-140 pounds of beef. It is cut to your specifications,
freezer wrapped and frozen and delivered to your home. Chicken and eggs are
available almost year round. Fruits and vegetables are, of course, seasonal
