We are located on a ridgetop out side of Viola. We have been organic since the
purchase of our farm. We use minerals, kelp, rock dusts, and green manures to
improve the nutrients available to the plants. The more nutrients that are
available to the plants the more that are available to you. We believe that
"Food that is nutrient dence eliminates diseases...Food as medicine".
We are a
small family farm that takes great pride in our produce from start to finish.
We take great care in selecting our mostly heirloom seeds, starting and handling
of our plants, balancing the fertility of our soils, and picking the produce for
our weekly shares. Along with the boxes of vegatables you will recieve recipes
and stories reguarding the progress of our farm.
We have a 19 week CSA,
starting in June and continuing into October. We also have 2 different Fall
shares. The fall shares deliver October 21st and Nov 4th. These 2 boxes are
full of all the fall goodies. Come and join our CSA, we'd love to have you.
