Salad Days is a 20-week subscription (May through September) of fresh salad
greens, herbs, edible flowers, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, summer squashes,
radishes, scallions and more. We pack in reusable muslin bags and deliver
Thursday evenings to Twin City sites where we meet our members: Blue Moon Coffee
Cafe, Lake and 39th, South Minneapolis—4:30 p.m.-6 p.m.; Garden of Eva, Marshall
and Snelling, St. Paul—6:30 p.m.-7 p.m.; Linden Hills Co-op, 3815 Sunnyside,
near 44th and France, Minneapolis—7:30 p.m-8 p.m. Local members can pick up at
the farm on Friday evenings between 5-7pm.
