We offer natural beef. We will sell to individuals by the whole or half beef.
We take our animals to a USDA inspected slaughter house which is also a WSDA
certified organic processor. We also sell the live animal and coordinate the
logistics of delivering to the slaughterhouse. Our prices are based on the
hanging weight and do not include the cost of cut and wrap.
