We are a diversified small family farm, raising heritage livestock breeds and
heirloom crop varieties. We sell our products via farmers' markets, our CSA and
via our website. We are very active in local and national efforts to improve
families' self reliance and food safety. Much of our efforts are focused on
providing extensive books, articles, plans and DIY how-to information for anyone
and everyone interested in sustainable farming and gardening. Whether you're in
a high-rise apartment or you've just inherited the family farm, or somewhere in
between, we want to help you raise food for your family and your community, in
